Proper Talent is a limited company registered in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. We collect various personal data to provide our services such as:

Talent Mapping (Proper Mapping/Proper Fit) – a talent overview in a market by confidentially identifying potential candidates for our clients, on an anonymised basis.

Talent Research (Proper Research) – identifying candidates for clients in various functions, locations, and assisting clients with recruitment research support.  

 

Definitions

Candidate – people seeking for a potential career change or those who are not actively seeking but would like to stay in touch with us for future opportunities.

Client – company that is using our services based on a commercial agreement.

GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation

 

Collected data

We collect personal data from Candidates and Clients. From candidates we may collect the following data:

  • Personal contact information (including your name, email address and phone number).
  • The URL of your professional social media accounts, such as LinkedIn/Xing
  • Information about your professional background;
  • Information about your current/recent employment, such as: company name, job title, role location.
  • Information which you provided to us by phone or via online communication channels(email/LinkedIn)
  • Information from our clients to whom we’ve introduce you to, including details about interviews, progress status.  
  • Other information disclosed in your CV.

From clients we may collect the following data:

  • Personal contact information (including your name, email address and phone number).

  • Information about your current/recent employment, such as: company name, job title, role location.

Use of data

We may use candidate’s personal data when:

  • We contact the candidate to check their interest in potential opportunities
  • We assess your fit for a particular position or client
  • We introduce you to our clients
  • We contact you for providing references
  • We present a client report
  • We have a legal obligation

We may use client’s personal data when:

  • We contact you for a specific position that you’ve mandated us to research
  • When we follow-up with you on the current and past projects, to obtain feedback on candidates or information on search progress/process
  • When we follow-up on potential business opportunities
  • When it concerns invoicing or legal matters

 

Held of data

We take appropriate steps to try to protect the security of your personal data. Your personal data is held on the secure servers of G Suite & Google Cloud(GDPR compliant platform) and it is processed from Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

We will only transfer your data to EEA(European Economic Area) jurisdictions and non-EEA countries that provide an adequate level of protection for personal data. In addition, we will only transfer personal data to jurisdictions outside of the EAA where the binding corporate rules are in place or where you have consented to the transfer the data.

 

Share of data

We may share candidate’s personal data with:

  • Clients upon expressing your consent and interest.
  • Clients on an anonymised basis where we have agreed to provide statistical information, market intelligence or talent mapping services to such Clients

We may share client’s personal data with candidate who require such data for the recruitment process.

 

Security of data

We have taken appropriate measures to prevent security breaches and unauthorized use of your personal data. Access to your personal information will be limited to clients and our employees, who have been instructed and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

 

Data retain and accuracy

Your personal data will be retained for the time needed to fulfil the purpose of collecting it. We regularly review the personal data collected to ensure that it is accurate and not held for longer than necessary. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct information.

 

Candidate right:

  • To request access to personal information as long as this request is not excessive.
  • To request to correct the information that is not accurate
  • To request to delete your personal information
  • To request to suspend the processing of your personal data
